John M. Haschak has been a Partner here at Leventry, Haschak and Rodkey, LLC since 2002. Mr. Haschak provides “outside” general counsel services to some of the region’s most dynamic privately held companies. Businesses with revenues between $1,000,000 and $50,000,000 typically have need for more substantial involvement of legal counsel, but do not yet generate the amount of legal work required to justify full-time, in-house, general counsel. Mr. Haschak enjoys taking an active role in his clients' business activities and becoming an integral part of their business team. Mr. Haschak's goal is to provide these clients with the same level of knowledge and service that they would receive from an in-house attorney, but without the significant additional costs. In addition, Mr. Haschak provides services in the practice areas listed on the left side of this page to clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 100® companies.
