Jeff Miller joined our firm in 2008. He came to LHR with 15 years of criminal trial experience as well as a wide range of general practice background including Personal Injury, Domestic, Real Estate, and Estate Planning and Administration. He has represented several individuals charged with capital homicide. Mr. Miller also spent several years at the Berks County Public Defender’s Office in Reading, PA, where he served as a Supervising Trial Attorney. There he tried more than 40 cases to verdict with remarkable success. He is a detail-oriented and tireless advocate for his clients.
For over 20 years, Mr. Miller has also served as Solicitor or Assistant Solicitor to numerous municipalities or public authorities. He currently represents Bolivar Borough, Laurel Mountain Borough, and Fairfield Township in Westmoreland County, as well as Cherry Tree Borough and Tri-Community Sewer Authority in Indiana County.
During his tenure at LHR, in addition to his criminal and municipal practice, Mr. Miller has provided counsel to clients and litigated numerous commercial and residential property disputes. Attorney Miller’s clients receive the benefit of his diverse range of experience, his dedicated work ethic, and innovative thinking.
