Leventry, Haschak and Rodkey LLC, makes protecting Client data and information a high priority and has a number of procedures in place to ensure we’re doing all we can to prevent the loss or theft of that information.  To ensure our data stays safe and protected, we’ve implemented multiple safeguards, such as:

• Secure Online Backup – Our secure online backup service encrypts our data every day, and transfers it off-site to ensure it is safe and protected in the event of a system failure or human error.  Not only does this service ensure your data is protected in the event of any disaster, the data then resides in a local data center so we have instant access to it when we need it.  We also back up our email system, so we can recover important communications that have taken place via that medium.
• Server Images – Our server is imaged on a daily basis to ensure speedy recovery in the event of a server failure.  As your important data is residing on our server, we want to ensure we can provide it immediately upon request.

Though we hope to never use these important systems, we want our clients to know we are doing all we can to protect their valuable information, and prevent it from being used improperly.
